We offer a 20-day, no-questions-asked money-back return policy to our customers, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products may be returned within 20 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Items showing signs of use, installation, damage, or modification will not be accepted.

Return Authorization

  • A Return Authorization Number (RAN) is required before sending any item back.
  • To obtain a RAN, please email your order number and refund request to:

  • Returns sent without a valid Return Authorization Number may be refused.

Return Shipping

  • Please clearly mention the Return Authorization Number on the parcel.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping or courier costs.
  • We do not cover the cost of return postage unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used, installed, damaged, or modified items
  • Custom-made or special-order products
  • Items returned without original packaging or authorization

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only offered for items that are defective or damaged on arrival.
  • Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
